All packages have a deposit of 50% before designing/works can commence. You will be re-billed in 14 days from the time you made your deposit for the remaining value amount you owe on the package selection of your choice. If no payment is made upon your final bill, your website /designs will be suspended until it's PIF (paid in full).

****NOTE: To prevent extreme constant changes, you will have up to 3 layout edit changes, which means, once the work commences and you choose to have a different layout; you will have 3 times you may request edits of layouts. After you have used up your allocated 3 edits, I will charge $35.00 per hour of my time, which you will be billed and must be paid before the site transfer occurs. This notification applies to all of our packages.

Website design will be on a first come first serve basis. You can expect your website to be done within 14 days from time of deposit. However there are times I may be on vacation or have a huge clientele load in progress which will delay the launch date of your completed website. If you have a specific targeted deadline in mind, please contact me to see if I can meet the targeted deadline for you. My goal is to help ensure that everything implemented on your site runs smoothly and meet your goals at the same time. All packages can be either for personal or commercial use.

For the Total Website Maintenance; you will be billed hourly. All payments must be paid in full before the new changes will be effected upon your site. A deposit of $35.00 is required before work can commence.
